I chose Mike to install a new heat pump in my house. I can't say enough good things about it Mike and also Kyle who did the install. Both were extremely professional and took the time to explain things to me along the way. Felt like I wasn't a pain if I had to ask questions. I highly recommend Mike and his team.

Called mike this afternoon and he showed up not 5 minutes after the call. Mike and his tech, Kyle came out and I told them the issue, that my AC was running too much and I just wanted it checked over to see if there were issues. They check the unit outside and the basement and decided it was just very dirty. They cleaned off the system and it seems to be running well so far. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and didn't try to tell me I had a bunch of issues or needed a new system or any of the schemes a lot of the HVAC people in the area try. Sometimes the easiest fix is the right one. I'll definitely be reaching out again in the future with any issues!

Top notch job. Mike installed a heater in my crawl space and did a much better job then the original install. Mike is the person to call for any HVAC issues.

Our AC stopped working late on a Saturday night. I googled AC repair in Springfield and chose to call Mike based on the incredible reviews I read. He was at our house by 8:30 Sunday morning and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. He was kind, professional, and very honest. He talked me through the problem and gave me advice on keeping my old unit in the best shape. Even after just a short interaction, I know I can trust him. We'll definitely be using Mike for all of our future AC/furnace needs and I'll be recommending him to everyone I know in the area!

Mike was beyond great! I called due to the AC not working and he was at my house within 20 minutes. He was not able to fix the unit that day (out of his control) but called first thing the following morning with my options on fixing the problem. After discussing all options in detail, we decided to have a new furnace unit installed. They were there the next day and had installed within 6 hours. The quality of his work speaks in itself. He even did a few extra things he noticed that needed fix and did it. He was great! He has a new client for life!

Mike operates a business of integrity because Mike is his business. From the moment Mike and his employee stepped out of the van it was plain to see that they were both professional and courteous. During the inspection of my AC unit it was also obvious that Mike was very knowledgeable and forthright. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, he simply told me what I needed to know. Since there were no repairs necessary I asked what the service call cost would be; Mike simply said no charge just give me a good review. Well I give Mike an excellent review, and he has a new customer for life.

Mike Bergen and his team installed a new air conditioner at my house this week. I am so very pleased with the quality of the work and the price. I called Mike after getting a ridiculously high estimate from another company. He came out free of charge within 30 minutes and gave us an honest estimate. Our financing fell through at the last minute and he was very patient and helpful while we found another finance company. He came over the next day to start on the job. He was done in a timely manner and our heat is working better than ever. I would definitely recommend Mike.

I highly recommend Mike and his associates for any HVAC needs you may have. When our AC went out, Mike came to our house the same day and got it running again. He is a great guy who really believes in helping people. He is the only one who we will use from now on to fix our heating or cooling systems. We were so pleased with his professionalism that we have also recommended him to family, friends and local businesses that we work with.

Mike does excellent work as well as stands behind the work he has done. Mike installed my heating and air conditioning, although both have worked perfectly since installed, I know if I have any type of problem all I need to do is call and Mike will take care of it. His prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend.
